e DEFINING CONTRACT PARTICIPANTS: R&R imaging, its owners, and its staff will be referred to as “the studio”. The Bride, Groom, their entire family, and all others directly or indirectly associated to this contracted wedding will be referred to as “the client”. The contracted wedding day will refer to the Wedding listed on the Professional Wedding Contract or to any date, which the wedding may be postponed too.
e Your Wedding Package including all additional products and services must be paid as follows:
Balance Due: Always refers to the total amount due for the entire order at any given time.
For Simplicity Packages: A $300 Initial Deposit Paid upon Contract Date is required. Then, 50% of the Balance Due must be paid prior to your Wedding Day. The final Balance Due must be paid when your finished Book of Originals has been completed.
For Ruby Packages: A $300 Initial Deposit Paid upon Contract Date is required. Then, 50% of the balance due must be paid prior to your Wedding Day. A second deposit of 50% of the Balance Due must be paid upon the completion of the Online Wedding Album. The final Balance Due must be paid when your finished Album has been completed.
Additional orders: Will require one half the Balance Due paid at the time your order is made. Orders may not be changed or cancelled once they have been made and approved (no exception). Final balances are due promptly upon your order’s completion...
Once you have selected your Wedding Package and paid the initial deposit, your Wedding Package price will remain the same provided all deposits are being paid as specified in the Terms and Conditions. All other prices are subject to change without warning…
e Requirements and Production Times:
The studio works very hard to meet all your requests and deadlines. Although, the studio cannot guarantee exact production times and all production times will vary as each order is created separately and absolutely no official deadlines exist.
The studio must meet with you approximately one month before your wedding to discuss all your wedding day details and it is the client’s responsibility to contact the studio and make arrangements.
Your Wedding Day Poses will be posted on your private WebPages within 1 week or your wedding. Please allow added time during the Holidays….
The Simplicity Book of Originals will be completed within 3-4 weeks after you have officially approved your album…
The Ruby On-Line Wedding Album will be ready for viewing within 3-4 weeks of your wedding day. Please allow added time during the Holidays….
The Ruby StoryBook Wedding Alums will be completed within 4-6 weeks after you have officially approved the On-Line Wedding Album. Please allow added time during the Holidays….
IMPORTANT: The studio is not responsible, nor can be held accountable, for delays or postponements caused by our Color Labs, Website Host, the Internet, an Internet provider, acts of God, or any technical or medical issues, which would affect the studio. The studio will not grant refunds or pay compensations for damages in the event of delays or postponements, regardless of reason.
No guarantees can be made on exact completion dates on any orders at any time...
e The Client will take full responsible in providing the studio with current and accurate information regarding all aspects of the contracted wedding. The studio cannot be held liable for any information that has not been submitted in writing nor can the studio be held responsible for errors or omissions. The studio has the final decision on all time schedules, details directly or indirectly related to the studio’s services, and all artistic and logistical matters pertaining to the products and services provided by the studio.
e R&R imaging takes the utmost care with respect to creation and delivery of your photographs and we make the following Guarantees:
If the studio fails to create a minimum of 10 Wedding Photographs of your wedding day people/events, the studio will retake the primary photographs at no charge to you. The primary photographs will include the Bride and Groom alone, with their parents, and their children. If retaking of the photographs is deemed impractical, the studio will grant a full refund of all money paid. The studio cannot be held liable for any photographs missed or damaged due to acts of God or acts of Man and in this event, no refund will be granted nor will the studio pay compensations as damages.
If the studio fails to produce a special photograph, which we had especially planned in advance for your wedding day people/events, the studio will retake that photograph at no charge to you. If retaking of the photograph is deemed impractical, the studio will provide you with an alternative 10x10 or smaller photograph absolutely free. The studio cannot be held liable for any photographs missed or damaged due to acts of God or acts of Man and in this event, no refund will be granted nor will the studio pay compensations as damages.
If a photographer sanctioned by the studio fails to attend your wedding day, the studio will retake the primary photographs of your wedding at no charge to you. The primary photographs will include the Bride and Groom alone, with their parents, and their children. If retaking of the photographs is deemed impractical, the studio will grant a full refund of all money paid. The studio cannot be held liable for any photographs missed or damaged due to acts of God or acts of Man and in this event, no refund will be granted nor will the studio pay compensations as damages.
If a photographer sanctioned by the studio fails to attend a portion of your wedding, which you had contracted in advance, you will not be charged for this missed time and a refund will be issued if it is due. The studio cannot be held liable for any photographs missed or damaged due to acts of God or acts of Man and in this event, no refund will be granted nor will the studio pay compensations as damages.
e RETAKES AND REFUNDS: Absolutely all retakes will be at the discretion of the studio. The studio will determine when, where and what retakes will be created. Should the studio decide retakes are warranted to compensate the client for missed photographs at the contracted wedding, the client will be required to accept and the studio will not be required to offer any refunds. The studio has the final decision on all retakes and refunds and the studio will never pay compensations as damages. Refunds may never exceed the amount, which the client has paid to the studio to the present day.
e SPECIAL AGREEMENT: Contracting the studio’s services automatically creates an official agreement that the client including all persons who are directly or indirectly involved with this contract may not take legal action against the studio at any time, for any reason. Additionally, the studio will be held harmless for a loss of a photograph or photographs related to this contract due to acts of God, acts of man, or acts of chance. In all situations, the studio reserves the right to make the final decision on all corrections, retakes, refunds, and artistic quality.
e USE OR YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS: The studio reserves the right to use photographs from the contracted wedding as samples for display, advertising, publication, and other purposes in the utmost of good taste without further consent. All Photographs and WebPages remain the exclusive property of the studio.
e COPYRIGHT: All the studio’s photographs are automatically copyrighted without additional warning and Federal Law provides severe civil/criminal penalties for the reproduction, duplication, or alteration of any and all professional photographs without the written consent of the studio…
e UPDATES & ADJUSTMENTS: By signing, the client is agreeing to accept all updates or adjustments, which are made to these Terms and Conditions at any future date without further consent provided the studio notifies the client in writing.
