Questions and Answers for Parents
Orders are normally completed 4-6 weeks after the Photographs have been created.
Orders are delivered to the Person in Charge. Please request more information from this indivdiual.
NO... You may order any combination of items you wish, but you will always add $5 to your Order without a package.
What if I just want a Group/Team Photograph? You may order any size Team/Group Photograph, but you must add $5 to the listed price when ordering without a Package.
How much will my Photographs cost? This depends on your Order. The more items you wish to order the higher the price. Most packages start at $14-20.
All money is due at the time the Photographs are created. We can accept payment within a few days of the Photograph Day, but please contact the studio in advance.
What forms of Payment do you accept? We accept personal/business checks, money orders, and cash with exact change. If you require change, we will provide you with a cash refund when your order has been completed in 4-6 weeks.
Absolutely yes, but there are added fees for orders made at a later time. For the listed prices, please make your orders in advance.
Questions and Answers for Administrators/Organizers
When can you photograph my Team/Group? We are available year round for Special Event Photographs. Just contact the studio at (570) 368-5051 or studio@randrimaging.com for more details.
How long does it take for the photographs on Picture Day? Provided all the students are present and accounted for we can work quite quickly. We typically allow about 15 minutes for Team/Group Photographs and about 10 minutes for every 5-8 Individual Photographs. Please remember that cooperation is absolutely essential!
How will the Orders be delivered to the Parents/Students? Typically we deliver the photographs to the Person In Charge. We can arrange to Mail the photographs, but shipping/handling fees will need to be added and we MUST be notified of this in advance!
Our Prices are extremely flexible. We always offer a selection of Packages and Parents may order Ala Carte by adding $5 to the Order. Our packages generally start at $14-20.
