Then the first question that needs to be answered is: WHEN?
Setting a Time
When working with large groups, it is very important
to plan in advance. You need to allocate time to notify
all involved and to hand out Order Forms and Information about the
photographs.
We always keep our schedule flexible, so its best to
select a day and time that would be most convenient for the
greatest numbers of people involved.
Some good times could be:
Practice Time
Before Game Time
After School
IMPORTANT: Be very careful about
selecting a time. Always remember that you can never
satisfy everyone. DO WHAT WORKS BEST!
Then the second
question is: WHERE?
Setting a Location
If the photographs will be done outdoors, weather is
always a concern. You cannot control the weather, but
you can always plan a Rain Date in advance.
If the photographs will be done indoors, weather will
not be an issue, but you must have a nice location to work with.
IMPORTANT: Location is everything.
Remember that the photographs will only be as good as the location
they are created in.
The final
requirement is: NOTIFICATION
Letting Everyone Know
About The Photographs
We will provide all needed information.
You may create as many copies as needed.
It is best to provide a copy of the Order Form to
each family at least 2-3 different times before the day of
the photographs. It may sound like a waste, but
experience has taught us to send notices home more then once.
It is important to remember to send the Forms
directly to the parents whenever possible. Papers
provided to students rarely get home.
IMPORTANT: If you have an opportunity
to notify the parents about photographs, do so whenever possible.

You need to get the students/players to the correct location at the
correct time on the correct day and we will handle to rest.
We will collect the orders, arrange the groups and individuals and
create the photographs. We're the professionals so we'll
handle the photographs.
